Description

4. Prior to the commencement of development of the extension, details of the materials, colours and textures of all the external finishes (including flat roof treatment) to the proposed development shall be submitted to and agreed in writing by the Planning Authority. Any proposed render finish to be self-finish in a suitable colour and shall not require painting. Note: dark colour render is not considered appropriate on the front elevation. Reason: In the interests of orderly development and the visual amenities of the area.
