5. The applicant shall comply with the following requirements of the Council’s Transportation Planning Division: (a) The proposed vehicular entrance shall be a maximum of 2.5m in width. It shall extend northwards away from the existing south pier and Pay & Display area in front of House No. 1 Glendalough Road. The entrance shall not have outward opening gates. Revised drawings shall be submitted to the Planning Authority for agreement prior to the commencement of development indicating these changes.
