3. The development hereby permitted shall be amended as follows: (a) The boundary treatment to the apartment’s external terrace area shall be 1.8m in height with the materiality to be agreed in writing with the planning authority prior to commencement of development. (b) The 1 no. window serving the apartment unit’s bathroom at first floor level and the 1 no. window serving the W/C toilet at ground floor level (within the storeroom extension hereby permitted) as shown on the side and rear elevation drawings shall be of obscured glazing. Reason: In the interests of providing for future residential amenity.
