2. Prior to commencement of development, the applicant shall submit a revised set of drawings, to show the following changes, and shall obtain the written agreement of the Planning Authority: a) The rear dormer shall be reduced in width from 4.2 metres wide to no more than 3.9 metres wide (a reduction of 300mm) and shall be centrally positioned in the roof. The rear dormer shall be set down a further 100mm below the existing ridge level of the roof, which will still allow a floor to ceiling height of 2.4 metres. b) The front dormer window shall be reduced in width from 4.3 metres wide to no more than 3.4 metres wide (a reduction of 900mm), and shall be centrally positioned in the roof. The front dormer shall be set down a further 100mm below the existing ridge level of the roof, which will still allow a floor to ceiling height of 2.4 metres.
