9. The development shall comply with the following requirements of the Drainage Division: d) The development shall incorporate Sustainable Drainage Systems in the management of surface water. The proposed Green Blue roof shall be implemented in full, with attenuation storage and flow control provided at roof level. Full construction details of the surface water management infrastructure shall be agreed in writing with Drainage Division prior to commencement of construction.
