6. Prior to commencement of any development on site the applicant shall submit for the written agreement of the Planning Authority details indicating a) That the pedestrian entrance from Hole in the Wall Road shall include an access ramp b) Details indicating that a way leave shall be retained between or adjacent the external surface parking areas so as to allow for a potential future pedestrian link from the subject development to the proposed southern communal space located to the west of Block D of DCC Reg. Ref. SHD0026/21 or any superseding permitted residential scheme.
