5. The developer shall comply with the following requirements of the Drainage Division of Dublin City Council: c) The development shall incorporate Sustainable Drainage Systems in the management of surface water. Full details of these, including layout of existing and proposed surface water drainage, shall be agreed in writing with DPPDC Section prior to commencement of construction.
