3. The developer shall comply with the following conditions from the Transportation Planning Division: b) Revised proposals providing for an additional 5no. visitor cycle parking spaces within the overall development shall be submitted to and agreed in writing with the Planning Authority prior to commencement of the works hereby permitted. The additional spaces shall be publicly accessible and shall be designed to allow both wheel and frame to be locked to the stands.
