6. The developer shall comply with the following Transportation Planning Division requirements: a. Prior to commencement of development, and on appointment of a Main Contractor, a Construction Environmental Management Plan (CEMP) having regard to the Environmental Impact Assessment Report and Mitigation Measures shall be submitted to the planning authority for written agreement. This CEMP shall provide detail of the implementation of construction environmental management and mitigation measures and the intended construction practice for the development including a detailed Construction Traffic Management Plan, hours of working, noise and dust management measures and off-site disposal of construction/demolition waste. The works shall thereafter be carried out in accordance with the approved CEMP/CTMP.
