6. The development shall comply with the following requirements of Transportation Planning Division of Dublin City Council: d) Prior to the commencement of development, revised drawings shall be submitted for the agreement of the Planning Authority, outlining the type and quantum of residential cycle parking to be provided in the area between Block 04 and Block 05. Additional protective measures shall be provided to ensure the area is secure, conveniently located, sheltered and well lit. Key/fob access shall be required to bicycle stores. Cycle parking design shall allow both wheel and frame to be locked. Cycle parking shall be in situ prior to the occupation of the proposed development.
