4. The development hereby approved shall incorporate the following amendments: a) Apartment units 05A (one bed) and 06C (studio) at 6th and 7th floors shall be combined to create a two bed four person 88.16sq.m unit on each floor. b) Unit types 01A, 01B & 06A (14 no. units) do not meet requirements for internal storage and provide only approximately half their area within the unit. The full requirement for storage shall be provided within each apartment. Development shall not commence until revised plans, drawings and particulars showing the above amendments have been submitted to, and agreed in writing by the Planning Authority, and such works shall be fully implemented prior to the occupation of the buildings
