11. The developer shall comply with the following conservation requirements: b) In advance of work commencing on site, the applicant shall submit the following information to the Planning Authority for their written agreement: i. An arborist’s report on the condition of the extant trees. All historic trees should be retained and where the loss of historic trees is unavoidable, these shall be replaced. Details of the proposed replacement trees shall be submitted. The applicant shall submit a tree protection strategy for the trees to be retained on site to ensure that there would be no avoidable loss / damage to trees in the course of construction work.
