Permission is sought for a)Demolition of existing single storey extension to the rear and two storey (upper floor at half landing level) original section to side, b)Construction of a new part two storey, part single storey extension to the rear, construction of two storey extension to side (including conversion of part of garage at ground floor level), c) Internal & Elevational Alterations including removal of chimney stack to existing side roof, new rooflight to main roof to rear and d) Widening of existing vehicular entrance from 3026mm to 3500mm, e) All associated site and landscaping works.
