8. The Developer shall comply with the following conditions from DCC Parks, Biodiversity & Landscape Services i) Biodiversity mitigation and monitoring shall be carried out in accordance with the submitted Natura Impact Statement with written notification of their commencement to be submitted to the Planning Authority. A Biodiversity Enhancement Plan shall be submitted prior to commencement of construction for the written approval of the Planning Authority.
