4. The following requirements of the Transportation Planning Division shall be complied with: a) Prior to the commencement of the development, revised drawings shall be submitted to the Planning Authority detailing the provision of a 3 metre wide vehicular entrance onto Drumfinn Road. The vehicular entrance shall be permanently separated from the pedestrian entrance by way of a permanent concrete or brick pillar and no gates shall open outward across the public footpath. The modifications to the existing vehicular entrance shall be fully completed prior to the occupation of the new dwelling.
