Description

5 (b) The proposed side door with glazed side panel to the bootroom shall be omitted and replaced with a window. The window shall not exceed the proportions of the largest window on the front elevation. Revised plans and elevation drawings with the necessary alterations shown thereon shall be submitted to, and agreed in writing with, the planning authority prior to commencement of development. Reason: in the interests of visual and residential amenity.
