2. The developer shall comply with the following drainage requirements of the Planning Authority: c) The development shall incorporate Sustainable Drainage Systems in the management of surface water as per drawing submitted by AC Designs. Full details of these shall be agreed in writing with DPPDC Section prior to commencement of construction.
