PERMISSION AND RETENTION : Planning Permission for Retention for the change of use of the single storey flat roof shed building within the rear garden to a Home Office. A new shower room with connections to all services is to be provided within the Home Office, and Planning Permission for the construction of a single storey flat roof shed building attached to the side of the existing house.
