2. Prior to commencement of development, the applicant shall submit revised drawings for the written agreement of the Planning Authority showing the following changes as detailed in (i) and (ii) below: (i) The proposed vehicular entrance hereby approved width shall be 2.5m in width and shall not have outward opening gates (ii) The vehicular entrance hereby approved shall be relocated southwards as close as possible to the boundary wall between the application site and No. 20 Copeland Grove.
