21. The applicant shall comply with the following conditions from the Transportation Planning Division: e) Prior to commencement of development, the applicant/developer shall submit a revised design for the two internal streets (Market and Bloom Street) demonstrating a minimum unobstructed footpath provision of 1.8m to the planning authority for written agreement. The design of accessible car parking bays within the road space is overlapping with the pedestrian environment and could lead to obstructions of pedestrians.
