7. The following requirements of the Councils Conservation Officer shall be complied with: f) In advance of commencing works on site, the applicant shall submit the following information to the Planning Authority: i. Full drawing survey including photographic record of any existing original boundary walls detailing schedules of repair, reinstatement, new opening and intervention works proposed. ii. A method statement for the raking out and any re-pointing of the stonework and associated repair details are to be provided. iii. Full details for the proposed new boundary to the rear of the site including junctions with existing original boundary wals at side of garden.
