3. The developer shall comply with the following Conservation Division requirements of the Planning Authority: d. In advance of work commencing on site, the applicant shall submit the following information for the written agreement of the Conservation Division: A detail drawing at a scale of 1:10 of the proposed screen and existing wall showing the relationship between the two walls, and details of how the proposed screen will be constructed independently of the existing walls.
