4. The following requirements of the Transportation Planning Division of Dublin City Council shall be complied with: a) Prior to the commencement of the development, a revised layout shall be submitted for written agreement of the local authority, showing the shared surface and associated transition designed in line with Section 4.3.4 of DMURS 2019 (as amended).
