PROTECTED STRUCTURE: Permission for development at a site (c. 52.4sqm) at No. 1 Essex Street East, Dublin 2 Within the curtilage, adjoining and connected with Dollard House (Protected Structure) Nos. 2-5 Essex Street East and Nos. 2-5 Wellington Quay to the east and adjoining Nos.16-18 Parliament Street (Protected Structure) to the west.
