Description

3. The development shall be revised as follows: a) The permanent staircase to the attic, which rises at a point where little to no headroom would exist, shall be permanently omitted. b) The gable to the front elevation, with the triangular window opening, shall be omitted. The side extension shall be set back by a minimum of 1 metre from the front elevation, and a pitched roof shall be constructed over the side extension with the same slope of the main roof. This may require the omission of the first floor store room, and the incorporation of its area into the front bedroom. Development shall not commence until revised plans, drawings and particulars showing the above amendments have been submitted to, and agreed in writing by the Planning Authority, and such works shall be fully implemented prior to the occupation of the buildings.
