Permission for the development at 39-41 Crumlin Road, Dublin 12 consisting of : the demolition and removal of an existing 88m2 single storey shed, the change of use and conversion of the remaining existing three storey office building and attached two storey light industrial building to provide 13 residential accommodation units , 4 no. on the ground floor, 7 no. on the first floor and 2 no. on the second floor.
