26. The requirements of the Environmental Health Division shall be undertaken as follows: A Construction Management Plan must be submitted to this Unit prior to the works taking place informing of the air pollution and noise pollution mitigation measures that must be in place on site throughout the construction works. Reason: To provide a satisfactory standard of development.
