5. The following requirements of the Planning Authority’s Conservation Section shall be fully complied with in the proposed development: a) The applicant shall submit the following architectural conservation details/revisions for the written approval of the Planning Authority prior to the commencement of development: ii. 1:5 sections of the existing glazing bars to the two-over-two timber sash windows demonstrating that the proposed slimline glazing can be accommodated within the historic glazing bars. 1:5 sections of the glazing bars to the proposed replacement windows shall also be provided.
