Description

PROTECTED STRUCTURE : The proposed development consists of changes to the existing entrance doorway at the lower Plaza level (-1) which gives access to the hospitality area at roof level. The development proposes to replace the existing glazed doors with new recessed doors, set back 3.1 metres to create a new portal giving access to a new entrance doorway, provide a vertical identification sign 3m high by 0.7m wide to side of new portal and provide a new retractable canopy over entrance. The portal can be closed to access when required by way of a bi-fold gate.
