8. The following requirements of the Council’s Conservation Department shall be complied with: g) The Applicant is requested to submit the following documents in the interests of clarity and providing a full record of the proposed works: iv. The Applicant is requested to invite the Conservation Officer to site to inspect a number of samples of DOFF and TORC steam cleaning in advance of the cleaning works commencing to these facades, with a view to avoiding the loss of patina or historic fabric, or the over-cleaning of the historic facades.
