8. The following requirements of the Council’s Conservation Department shall be complied with: h) The Applicant is requested to submit the following information for the written approval of the Planning Authority in advance of the respective works commencing: iii. First Floor: reflected ceiling plan with all new light fittings (notes as temporary corrosion resistant, surface / suspended LED) and other ceiling mounted items such as fire/smoke detection, intruder detection and any other items required (ARUP Building Services Report - 2.3.2, 2.3.7) to be located in as sensitive a manner as possible. Historic trusses to be numbered so this drawing can be cross-referenced to the aforementioned schedule of conservation repairs where required. Plan layout to indicate where electrical storage heaters will be located and clarifying how this volume will be ventilated, indicating the riser position.
