5. The development shall be amended as follows: a) The metal cladding of the upper four set-back floors shall be omitted from the development and replaced with a brick finish for the lower two set back floors and a glass curtain wall finish for the upper two set-back floors, similar to that permitted by An Bord Pleanala under ABP-309215-21. b) The windows on the north facing elevation at set-back levels shall be set at an angle to mitigate any potential overlooking as permitted by An Bord Pleanala under ABP-309215-21. Development shall not commence until revised plans, drawings and particulars showing the above amendments have been submitted to, and agreed in writing by the Planning Authority, and such works shall be fully implemented prior to the occupation of the buildings.
