5. The following requirements of the Drainage Division of Dublin City Council shall be complied with: b) The development shall incorporate Sustainable Drainage Systems (SuDS) in the management of surface water. Full details of these and the final surface water design shall be agreed with the Drainage Planning, Policy and Development Control (DPPDC) section prior to commencement. DPPDC section is not in favour of providing all surface water storage requirements in an underground attenuation tank.
