8. The following requirements of the Council’s Conservation Department shall be complied with: h) The Applicant is requested to submit the following information for the written approval of the Planning Authority in advance of the respective works commencing: v. ‘Blanking panels’ to windows: clarify why these have not been provided at first floor level and why the blanking panel is omitted to one of the window openings on the east elevation to room G-07 Exhibition.
