2. The roof profile of the proposed garage shall be amended to incorporate a flat roof with parapet detail / capping stone which must not exceed 4 metres in overall height. The new garage should be harmonious with the main house Victorian red brick articulation. Development shall not commence until revised plans, drawings and particulars showing the above amendments have been agreed in writing by the Planning Authority.
