Description

SHEC: (i) the construction of 1 no. additional floor (649 sqm) over the existing 3 storey retail and apartment building, bringing it to 4 storeys in total. (ii) The new proposed third floor will accommodate 8 no. new apartments of 45-79sqm, comprising of 4 no. 1 bed apartments 2 no. studio apartments and 2 no. 2 bed apartments, all with balconies. (iii) Provision of new roof garden over south-east wing of proposed new third floor with stair-core & lift shaft brought up to roof garden also (iv) amendments to all elevations to accommodate these changes (v) minor internal amendments to existing second floor to accommodate the new proposed floor; and any ancillary necessary works to facilitate this development.
