3. The following conditions of the Transportation Planning Division shall be complied with; a. A minimum 20 no. cycle parking spaces shall be provided within the site. Prior to the commencement of the development, revised cycle parking layouts for both the front and rear courtyards shall be submitted to the planning authority for written agreement. Car parking space no. 1 shall be omitted to facilitate short-stay cycle parking to the front of the development. d. Details of the materials proposed in public areas is required and shall be in accordance with the document Construction Standards for Roads and Street Works in Dublin City Council and agreed in detail with the Road Maintenance Division.
