11. Prior to commencement of development the applicant shall: (a) Submit for the written agreement of the HSA, a revised land use planning risk assessment to address the concerns/issues highlighted by the HSA. (b) Submit the aforementioned agreed documentation for the written agreement of the DCC Planning Department. The applicant shall note that any material alteration to the scheme as a consequence of compliance with other codes should be submitted to the planning authority for consideration and may require additional planning permissions.
