3. The developer shall comply with the following requirements of the Conservation Division of the Planning Authority: d. Prior to the commencement of the work on site, the applicant shall submit the following for the written agreement of the Conservation Division: i. Detail drawings at a scale of 1:10 and images of other examples of the proposed brass cills. ii. Confirmation that the proposed awnings are open ended, with no names or advertising on the awning. The applicant shall also confirm the colour as the AHIA states that the proposed colour is black however the specification document states that the proposed colour is 2245 Verde Botella, which appears to be green. Furthermore, the applicant shall provide a section drawing of the proposed shop front, showing the proposed location, material and size of the proposed housing for the awning. iii. A method statement shall be provided for the repair works to the plinths, and the repair of the façade following the removal of the existing down lighters and brackets from the facades. The method statement shall include a specification for the proposed paint, which shall be breathable.
