3. The developer shall comply with the following requirements of the Drainage Division of Dublin City Council: c) The development shall incorporate Sustainable Drainage Systems in the management of surface water as per submitted surface water management plan. Full details of these shall be agreed in writing with the Planning Authority prior to commencement of construction.
