Description

13. The developer shall comply with the following Environmental Health requirements: a) A construction management plan shall be developed with reference to the Good Practice Guide for Construction and Demolition produced by the Air Quality Monitoring and Noise Control Unit of Dublin City Council. The measures contained in the Air Quality Monitoring and Noise Control Unit’s Good Practice Guide for Construction and Demolition “High Risk” sites shall be contained in the Construction management Plan. A final CMP shall be drafted up by the awarded contractor. This should be submitted to the Air Quality Monitoring & Noise Control Unit for reviewing before works commence.
