2. The development shall be revised as follows: a) The applicant is to provide a porch structure or overhead canopy to dwelling No. 18C to provide for the appropriate identification of the second dwelling by emergency services, postal services etc. b) Details of the proposed boundary treatments are to be provided and a full set of updated plans and elevations are to be submitted. Development shall not commence until revised plans, drawings and particulars showing the above amendments have been submitted to, and agreed in writing by the Planning Authority, and such works shall be fully implemented prior to the occupation of the buildings:- Reason: For the identification of the second dwelling on the site and to calrify boundary treatments on site.
