7. The developer shall comply with the following conditions from the Environmental Health Officer: (a) Noise Control and Air Quality Control - Demolition and Construction Phase The works must be carried out having regard to a revised Construction Management Plan submitted with the application. The plan must be written having regard to this Unit’s Good Practice Guide for Construction and Demolition (below link).
