Description

11. The following requirements of the planning authority shall be strictly adhered to: (a) Prior to the commencement of development, details of works and materials proposed within the public domain, New Row South and Blackpitts footpath and carriageway is required and shall be submitted to the planning authority for written agreement. Works and materials shall be in accordance with Construction Standards for Roads and Street Works in Dublin City Council, and all works shall be provided at the applicant/developer’s expense.
