2. The 2no. signs at 7th floor level to the north-eastern corner shall be revised as follows: a) The signage at 7th floor level to the north-eastern corner shall consist of individually mounted solid letters and logo to the façade of the building. b) Lighting of this sign shall be by means of rear illumination/backlit The revised signage scheme shall be submitted for the written agreement of the planning authority prior to the erection of any signage to the building. Reason: in the interests of the visual amenity of the streetscape
