2. The development shall comply with the following conditions from the Conservation Officer: (b) Prior to the commencement of the development, the application shall submit revised external detail, internal detail and glazing bar detail drawings shall be provided for written approval by the Conservation Officer. Window details shall replicate historic convex-horned two-over-two windows at Number 14 Carlisle Avenue. Proposed slim double glazing shall conform to EU directives, be externally putty glazed and shall not contain visible spacers or fritted glass.
