EXPP: Rear and side external wall insulation (excluding front) to create a wall U-Value of 0.27. The front facade will not be insulated externally. The works are restricted to the side and rear only. Property is semi-detached, all proposed works are within the curtilage of my property. The external wall insulation will not materially affect the appearance or character of the property. Current issues with cold, damp and mould means the dwelling will greatly benefit from the proposed works and will make it habitable and help to preserve the entire structure for many years to come.
