5. The proposed development shall comply with the following : c) The Developer’s submission includes a proposal to construct a soakaway as part of this development. The design and construction of soakaways must comply with the requirements of BRE Digest 365 and CIRIA C753. d) The applicant shall indicate how the Foul and Surface Water lines are designed on an entirely separate system and how they connect to the drainage network. e) Full details of these shall be agreed in writing with DPPDC Section prior to commencement of construction.
