Description

The permission will be for a modification to an existing permission to an existing house consisting of two apartments on the ground and first floor previously granted Ref. ABP-310834-21 back into a two storey four-bedroom family home. The work will consist of replacement of French door to rear with sash window to match others, removal of balustrades and stairs to rear and the reinstatement of the internal stairs. These works represent modifications to existing permission already granted.
