Description

24. Prior to commencement of any development on site details shall be submitted for the written agreement of the planning authority with regard to the following privacy/overlooking measures: a) Opaque or frosted glazing screens to a height of at least 1.1m to be placed to the inside rear of railings to all 1st and 2nd floor level balconies, and to the inside of the lattice brick screens for the patio serving Apt. 07.05. b) 1.8m high dividing side-screens shall be placed between all adjoining balconies. c) Details of screening measures for the communal open space roof terrace particularly to the north side of the amenity open space shall be provided. d) Details shall be provided that show appropriate obviation measures applied to similarly placed opes such as the northern and northern east facing windows serving similarly placed units such as Apt 04.08 so they avoid direct overlooking of permitted apartment elevations that are to be located in close proximity to the north of the subject site. e) Details shall be provided that show the north east side of the corner balconies serving similarly placed units such as Apt 04.01 and Apt 05.08, fitted with opaque glazed screens to at least 1.8m above finished floor level f) Details shall be provided that show the secondary northern windows serving similarly placed units such as Apt 04.07 fitted with opaque glazed screens to at least 1.8m above finished floor level g) Details shall be provided that show the 1st floor residents’ lounge fitted with opaque glazing to at least 1.8m above finished floor level.
